I bet those are raised on a local farm.

I have no problems with leftover Thanksgiving food. Hot open faced turkey sandwiches on sourdough with stuffing, peas, cranberry sauce and gravy on top is something I look forward to more than TG dinner!

Perhaps. I think they are quasi organic.

That would likely be a local farm that didn't go through the expense of jumping through the regulatory hoops (and fees) to get the official organic label.

One thing I like to do (that my wife thinks is really weird) is to cut the leftover white meat - the stuff that's really too dry to make good sandwiches out of - into pieces about the size of a French fry and dip them in catsup and eat them like French fries. Come to think of it, barbeque sauce might be even better...I'll have to try that.

Ketchup on chicken? Not so much. I could do mayo or Caesar dressing or even better Greek feta cheese dressing. On the other hand, you can turn that dryer chicken into chicken salad - dice it up very small and add mayo or salad dressing, maybe some chopped celery and red bell pepper ...

Ketchup or BBQ sauce fixes anything. Ketchup was my vegetable during my college years.

I think the Jersey Giant is the only breed that I heard of being that large.

I did notice that Kroger sells some of their chicken breasts as enhanced with rib juice, which I understand means they inject enough to boost the weight by 20%. So now all I want to know is what is rib juice and why would I want it in chicken.
