    I
It's basically saltwater with flavoring, which in this case must come from ribs (probably boiled) no doubt made into some kind of bouillon. However, it's really just to make the chicken breast more moist. Anyone can do that themselves with an injector and that way control the amount of salt. I've used salt free chicken broth combined with seasonings and melted butter to increase the moisture content in chicken breasts. I'd never buy them injected - it just increases the weight and the salt content is much too high.

As promised - a Turkey Casserole dish to die for.

Line a greased casserole dish with flour tortillas. Cut the tortillas in half, placing them around the dish with points up, covering the entire interior.

Dice a small onion and brown in butter.

Mix 1 can of Campbell's chicken soup, 1/2 pound of grated cheddar, 1 small can of diced chilies, at least 4 cups of cut up turkey and 1 can of evaporated milk. (If you're using a very large casserole dish, you'll want to increase these amounts.) Add in the browned onion.

Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
