The article speaks mainly to reactions to various cases where spectators try to infuse each case with racism. We saw that aplenty here with the Arbery case. There were some in the media who tried to make Rittenhouse's shooting three whites in self-defense about racism but that was just silly.

Given that CRT had its original in Critical Legal Theory there's no doubt that eventually even courtrooms will be infested with it.
