Brandonflation: Who Will Take the Biggest Hit?

    The poor, obviously.

We're seeing the damaging effect of leftist policies in numerous walks of life, but the highest increases in gasoline at the pump and home-heating costs will have some choosing between heating their homes and putting food on the table.

This is Brandonflation at its best. Rather than doing the smart thing and investing in more exploration and drilling, the Leftist-in-Chief shut down crude pipelines and implemented more restrictions on firm sources of energy.

Brandonflation is increasing the gap between the "haves" and the "have nots," and social programs aren't going to be able to remedy that.

Welcome to the world where leftist stupidity slowly destroys the economy from within.

Anyone who voted for this fool ought to be ashamed.

The HIGHEST inflation rate in over 30 years! Unbelievable.

    To be sure...

...and the elderly who depend on SS. We're seeing the fastest-growing consumer price index in over three decades, but SS payments will not increase to the same level, meaning all those on limited incomes will suffer.

I cannot figure out how progressives are unable to look at all sides of an issue--how they will choose based on emotions and leave logic behind. For crapsake, the Brandon Administration tapped into our strategic reserves. WTH? And all in an attempt to stave off his dropping approval ratings as Americans find life is harder under this moronic administration.

    It boggles the mind.

Democrats need to admit that inflation is real – or voters will turn on them

Inflation is rapidly becoming a problem for the Democratic party and President Joe Biden. They need to get a grip on it before it imperils their wider agenda and sinks their chances of keeping control of Congress in the midterm elections next year. As they think about how to address it, one thing is certain: what they’ve been doing so far isn’t working. A recent poll found that two-thirds of Americans disapprove of how Biden is handling inflation, and the same number consider the issue “very important” in their evaluations of his presidency. Among those Americans concerned about the state of the economy, nearly nine in 10 ranked inflation as a reason why. Clearly something has to change....

First it was "what inflation?" Then it was "inflation is transitory". After that it was "inflation is a good thing!" Now it's "deal with it and be thankful"

Well they are and naturally they are blaming their usual villains...greedy capitalists and price gouging businesses. They're acknowledging its a problem and putting on a rerun of That 70s Show, except Biden isn't as handsome as Kutcher and Kamala isn't as hot as Mila, so its not as much fun to watch.

The government does many things. Blame itself for inflation? Never.
