    When I volunteered on the ambulance years ago, a mother brought her teen son into the ER with a screwdriver in his rear end, handle-end first, thankfully. His colon had spasmed and he couldn't get it out. The mother just kind of shook her head and as she explained that her son told her he "fell on it." It was difficult to keep a straight face, but I was told that type of thing is more common than one would think.
