Your title is not good. It is entirely believable that his happens.

The Federal Government is not your friend. The Federal Government needs to be dismembered piece by piece to bring it back to its Constitutional roots.

It started under a Republican to fight terrorism but it turned into an anti-American citizen bill under Bill Clinton.

We should have seen the same thing happening under the Patriot Act.

It does no good to cooperate with the cops. License, registration, don't even take a breathalyzer. If you pass then they can still claim you were under the influence so you have nothing to gain in cooperation. A breathalyzer is not pass fail. It is fail fail if the cop needs a bust.

I agree. The Constitution was about states rights. Leave it to the big guys to pervert it

Check out the Instiute for justice this $#@! happens a lot. They crusade against this and situations where municipalities use Eminent Domain to take your property and gift it to private corporations. For example the famous case of Kelo vs New London.

This appears to have happened out where the Nevada Highway Patrol are likely the only agency that has jurisdiction.
