I saw that yesterday. A supposedly reasoned decision by an apolitical group. That said, the majority Democrat party in both the House and Senate and White House, could use the paper the reasoning was written on as toilet paper tomorrow. I haven't heard Joe comment on whether he accepts or rejects the considerations of the panel Joe himself commissioned.

Biden knows Manchin will be in his way. And he doesnt want to piss Manchin off and have him turn Republican. It would be doom for Biden and the Deviants.
