    I live in a rather well known (historically speaking) little town in East Tennessee. I'm out in the County. While we have a mix of political standing, it is rather red in this area. If low-lifes came in from 15 miles north, or 50 miles south, they would need to move fast for the interstate, because people around here take caring about their town very seriously.

    Don't get me wrong, we've had out idiots and morons, but the serious or violent crimes are extremely rare.
    I installed the acoustical ceilings in an Ingles food store many years ago in that historical east Tenn. town.
