You are making my point. The authorities would expect the accused to go home. that is why they would be more likely to deny bail.

That I'd put myself up at the Motel 6 until everything gets straightened out? Does your mind really work like this? Holy $#@!...
Again, you are making my point. They would not expect the accused to pay for a hotel for 6-12 months. So they would be more likely to keep them incarcerated.

Anyway, I'm not sure. I suspect 0 but let's rephrase the question: how many leftist hooligans accused of violent crimes and/or deemed a "flight risk" during the riots of 2020 were held without bail for over a year?
I have no idea. If they thought they were a flight risk, I would assume they would set a high bail or no bail.

You didn't mention treatment in your post to me.

I have no knowledge of how they are being treated in jail beyond what MMC posted.

Seems like there was one case of inadequate medical and not enough video rooms?

Is that the extent of your complaint about these alleged rioters?

These people have been recorded on video doing the things for which they have been charged. Are you really trying to suggest they are innocent and might be being railroaded?

No, your point, such as it is, was idiotic. lol Of course they would expect you to go home. Typically you would. That's how it normally works.

Of course not. You would be expected to go home and await trial. This is astonishing...

Now, why were these people held without bail for over a year?

How is this a response to this?

Did you have the right post?

Yes, he did. What's disturbing is that you aren't playing dumb. This is real. Being denied bail falls under treatment.

That wuld be normal if your home was located in the state where you are being charged. Not so in this case.

I have already answered this question in another thread AND this one. not gonna repeat a third time.
