I used to love the Bell Beefer, which was basically a hamburger bun with taco meat and fixings. The chicken place I worked at had these giant turkey breast fillets that were cooked in a pressure fryer, they were used in a sandwich called a Gobbler, and came with a side of cranberry sauce. Those were my buddy's favorite trade.
In my neck of the woods, it was just called a Bell Burger.

Yes I do, that was one of my favorites. I love enchilada sauce on just about anything, lol. It's weird how things have different names regionally.

It was a Bell Burger from the '60s through the mid-'70s, then they changed the name to Bell Beefer. The Bell Beefer went off the menu in the '90s, but they still bring it back occasionally, and you see it on the dollar menu in some places.

There is literally no way they can lose money on the deal.

Yes. Served in an aluminum tray, you ate it with a fork.

I love enchilada sauce, too. I make my own taco bowls at home, seasoned beef, refried beans, cheese, with crushed tortilla chips, spoon enchilada sauce over it, microwave to melt cheese, then add shredded lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.

Nice, sounds right up my alley. My go to for easy enchilada sauce is, Emeril's Easy Enchilada Sauce, lol. I also have been making ihis slow cooked chicken enchilada meat that is the absolute bomb. Sometimes I substitute Rotel for diced tomatoes. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/22...nchilada-meat/
