WWII started in September, 1939. That's ten years after the crash. You could have used your toes to count that up.The Dems took control of the WH and both houses of Congress in 1932. The War was seven years away.

And the rise of the Nazi Party was caused by the US interference. France was aligned with Russia by a treaty/alliance. England was drawn in by the fear that Europe was going to then become a German Empire.
In hindsight that happened anyways with the EU. England used Belgium as the excuse but Belgium was never even a country for most of history. They do not even have their own language or even a single language.

France and GB had a treaty with Poland, not Belgium.

I sincerely believe that when progressive presidents come to power the outcome is always our involvement in world wide warfare. Wilson, after campaigning on not sending our boys to Europe for no apparent reason committed 100's of thousand of young men to the trenches and death. Franklin Roosevelt, after presiding over the massive Great Depression and a lack of ability to bring prosperity back to the country set us up to be attacked by the Japanese allowing the United States to enter the 2nd World War.

Now, once again we see a progressive president following in the footsteps of these former collectivist with high inflation, economic collapse, open borders, attacks on the Constitution and attempting to establish a one party rule for the country. It is my considered opinion that joe biden, in order to take the minds of the people off these issues will maneuver us into an all out war with Russia, China and Iran just before the 2024 elections. Russia will attack the Ukraine, China will take Taiwan and Iran will have developed nuclear weapons and will attack Israel. Add to this our open borders allowing terrorist groups to come into the country unfettered and conditions will be ripe for us to become involved once again with worldwide bloodshed. Our involvement in an all out war will serve the United States to unite and support any and all laws and rules for fighting "the enemy"

I see no other path for joe biden to be seen as "uniting" the country.

All true but this time it won't work. We've had 20 years of war in Iraq and Afghanistan and we're tired. There is no appetite for it and now the left is attacking anyone who speaks out against war with Russia.
