It's now almost universally accepted that the low mentality , intellectually challenged right wing Americans will always have an extremely high opinion of themselves , and a poor ( but inaccurate ) opinion of anyone who isn't one of them . Any country that is a capable of voting a loudmouthed silver-spooner billionaire into office as president , certainly has some deep deep , psycological and insecurity problems to deal with .

1) your precious President Putin actively championed, and at minimum sought to directly and illegally aid, the presidential election of Donald Trump, favoring him over Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden respectively, and also that...

2) Trump has also consistently polled much better in Russia than in this country. Like by double-digit percentages. Over here, he lost the popular vote in both elections.

So...what's your point again?

I’m Canadian, not American. While I understand that the US and the west in general is guilty of horrible things, I don’t get how you’ve completely embraced Russia. Russia is also guilty of starting wars and asserting its influence in the Middle East. They’re also expansionist and domestically, Putin himself has engaged in very shady behaviour. From oppressing the lgbtq community, to literally assassinating his political rivals and journalists. I honestly don’t understand how anyone can support him. If you truly oppose tyranny, manipulation, colonialism and corruption, you’d oppose both the US and Russia. Yet you regurgitate Putin’s propaganda without any hesitation.

What I embrace is the new multipolar world . It's a better way to keep the peace , support the global economy , and share the prosperity . As the dominant country since the end of WWII , America has failed on all 3 . The only way the US can keep itself prosperous , is by keeping as many other countries poor and destabilized as possible , so it can exploit them . The old colonialist countries are much the same.......it's just not good enough and it's starting to drag the whole of humanity backwards .
America in the 21st century is struggling to manage it's own affairs , let alone dictate anything to other countries .

I don't believe any country is capable of blowing up the Nordstream2..........no doubt the US has thought about it, but they would fail and pay a high cost if they attempted . Besides , Europe will eventually approve it , against US wishes , and there's nothing the US could do about it but sulk.

What I embrace is the new multipolar world . It's a better way to keep the peace , support the global economy , and share the prosperity . As the dominant country since the end of WWII , America has failed on all 3 . The only way the US can keep itself prosperous , is by keeping as many other countries poor and destabilized as possible , so it can exploit them .
