I recall Eddie Murphy was one of the first Hollywood victims of cancel culture. He made a movie called Norbit that featured a very mean fat back woman that he played. Critics slammed him for making fun of a fat woman!




Not his best work to be sure but some of the criticisms were PC bull$#@!! Hollywood got offended and Murphy back off mostly playing a Donkey Voice for Shrek films.
