For the record: I'm all for anything that would help. The OP is a subject however that has been labeled taboo. I would love to have a forum: a members only forum, where moderation - just as a subject - along with experiences can be discussed and hopefully a lot of misgivings can be ironed out.

The only thing I got out of the OP is that posters should aid in moderating in some way... The rest was superfluous. Again, my experience with the subject, even in a benign way was never received.

It could be that you violate more times than most.
How many complaints do you file daily? Weekly?
    The problem could be you...........

General discussion of moderation, as in possible ways to improve it or recommendation of changes to be made, or who would make a good moderator (not which moderators suck), are perfectly fine. Questioning or discussing specific acts of moderation should be done by PM and are not permitted on the open boards.

Wrong again. There was nothing in the OP that said members should moderate. Members do it. Mods take action only when it's distracting.

Your personal experience is not to be discussed as that violates rule 9.

Right but if you bothered to keep reading I add the mods sometime want or TB for it and ask where's do we draw the line. Taken as a whole, it's asking what level of member moderation is acceptable.

Reading comprehension is about understanding the entire message not taking a small part out of context.

    Not your strong suit.
