I would suggest that anyone who thinks the US should back away--or, more precisely, back down--in order to avoid a conflict here, is aghast at war with Russia.

Does that make sense to you?

I certainly do not think that the US should instigate a war with Russia.

If Russia should begin such a war--and I consider that possibility rather remote--then the US should respond accordingly.

These people are either warning that the US be careful and weigh options critically. Others are isolationists. And yet others don't see much use for the US to get deeply involved in the region.

I guess that I have seen articles by people utter aghast but I pass those by.

I think a lot of people want to assist whatever it takes without thinking of the consequences. Those people worry me.

You are a radical, dangerous war head. The US has no vital national interest in Ukraine. But you have been pushing for a shooting war with Russia from the first day of Russia's invasion. You are willing to fight to the last young person and our last tax dollar as you believe you will pay no personal price for your recklessness.

How about we focus on our own failing country instead?

Our own country may implode, but at least we can take solace knowing that Zelenskyy gets to stay in power in Kiev.

Additionally, we allowed radical anti-American, environmentalist wackos to change our laws in ways that harm our ability to manufacture here. We have no idea just how much environmentalists have done to lead us to our demise. We will need time to undo the damage environmentalism as done to us.
