I could have used such a class, also being a young mother (17) I had to learn the hard way, trial and error, I didn't have my mom for advice, she being in California, I, in Arkansas.

Anyway...... why can't babies drink milk? Mother's milk or cow milk...... I think they did before the baby formula industry took over the heart and minds of mothers.

Unfermented soy is very bad for you, yet they put it in baby formula.

Lactose intolerence is often found in populations that do not have long cultural traditions that include milk and milk products in their diet, unless the milk is fermented. They also tend to live in regions of the planet that historically did not raise cattle. They are not genetically predisposed to produce lactase after infancy.
