I don’t know, it’s why I wondered where he was from. If rural, it probably isn’t easy to find that many blsck people in one place. But I have no clue. Definitely a sad thing that happened regardless.

Updated article has the scumbag's location. I do believe though that this was racially motivated and state & Federal hate crimes are attached to this. Since NYS has no death penalty, I hope the Feds get a hold of him.
