Citation required. Trump's black unemployment rate was the lowest in history, as was his record for black and minority incomes. The only thing bizarre is that you and your ilk have to argue against a record like Trump's.

He's right as far as he goes. But Trump's raw number was lower, so less black people unemployed under Trump.
