It doesn't appear to be a national chain yet, but they do have restaurants in Arizona, Colorado and Texas.
I was out the other day and for some reason craving a salad. Covid seems to have put all the salad-based buffet places, like Sweet Tomatoes, out of business, so I wasn't sure where I was going to go. The wife and I seldom buy salad fixings at the grocery because half of them would always end up going bad before they could be used.
I drove by a place called Mad Greens, and I wasn't really even sure it was a restaurant, but I took a chance and went in. I was very impressed, and the salad they made for me was wonderful. A quite large bowl runs $10-$11. The wife and I stopped there for lunch today, at my suggestion, and she agreed that it was top notch.
