First of all they did not "over rule " her. Her findings of fact stand. No one disputes the coercive, egregious behavior on an scale unseen before was found to be fact. The 6 games is a suggestion and the agreement is the league and change it as it knows its needs best. Yes this was only "Non violent" assault. Which I am still trying to understand. How one is assaulted non violently is not yet clear to my public school educated brain. BTW the guy hearing the appeal is a Black Man. In the hierarchy of woke, Black trumps White Female.

True. They also feel if it was Pitts$#@! or the Cowshits the NFL would look the other way. Browns fans have watched this team get Obama'd for years with phantom calls, blown calls, etc. Remember, there were 10 other teams bidding on Watson.

Do you really believe that any of these woman giving massages alone in hotel rooms or their houses have not run into this before?

If you think the answer is no then you don't know many massage therapists. The ones I know would never be in a isolated environment and they are still exposed to this behavior.
I have one friend that is a high priced Esthetician but she will help out the spas she rents rooms from and give occasional massages when they get busy. She tell me stories like one nut that jumped up half way through the massage and started jumping around the room repeating "How do you like this" as he pointed as his interested member. This was a high end place.

So we do not always have to believe the woman when they tell a story. We do not know exactly what this judge heard. There were no rapes and what is defined as sexual assault may not be what we think it was. Then there are those that just may be looking for a second and bigger paycheck.

If my daughter said she was going to give massages in private houses and hotel rooms then I would have locked her to the kitchen table until she changed her mind and gained some common sense.
