To say the climate is not changing is ridiculous because the climate is always changing. If it didn't then we would probably not have a word for it at all.

So avoid the trap and make them specify what they are actually talking about. Otherwise they can prove you wrong.

You made the claim that this is normal and cyclical. Over 100s of years or thousands of years, you should be able to see trends. If temps have been going up or down a 100th or a degree for many decades, then change to a 10th of a degree, there is likely a force contributing to that difference. I’m not saying if this is the case or not, but another poster stated it as fact and I was interested in seeing his data.
