I think this LIV tour will not last very long.

Obviously there is more than a small segment that have had enough of the elitist attitudes in charge of the PGA tour and decided to see if the grass is greener! I don't see anything wrong with it and the now bickering by pga tour guys who didn't join the league proves they are starting to fear it.

Any sports fan ought to be used to players going elsewhere for money. The players who joined LIV are now harassed by media, who ask if they'd play for Putin or some other despot for money. Of course the answer is YES, but none of them have answered those questions, other than "no comment".

This looks more like a real world tour. For all the foreign players coming to the USA for PGA tournaments then one would have to ask why not go for the money?

The PGA is only a home tour for a portion of the leader field. More than a 1/3rd of our Master's winners since 2000 are foreign players.

But with the money they are putting out, you have to wonder how the tour could make money. Net revenues for the PGA are only 2 billion annually and they were willing to pay Tiger alone 10% of that?
    Let's go Brandon !!!

I hope you're right. I don't even like all the different formats and team events. I like the traditional 72-hole,individual players events.

Who says the LIV tour won’t do that? They can do different things. They are having events with shotgun starts. I like that idea.

Maybe they will play Best Ball?

Already rich, greedy $#@!s, just can't get enough. I hope it tanks there advertising revenue.
    The Saudis are scum

At $125 a barrel the Saudis can waste all the money they want. The greens can be made out of US $100 bills.

I'll watch it out of curiosity.

The PGA has announced it is going woke. I have no need to stay loyal.
