    And the executive agencies should be limiting their regulations to implementing the legislation and just the legislation that was passed into law.

    I don't consider a regulation that adds zero of relevance to a law to be tyranny. An example of tyranny is a government ordered / coerced mask mandate.

    Please reconsider. Our form of government explicitly divided up the powers so writing laws was completely separate from enforcing and from judging the laws. It is our Constitution you so lightly set aside.
