Mushroom-Cheese Chicken

Line a casserole dish with flour tortillas. In a bowl, cut up boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, splash with red wine vinegar, and add dried parsley and one can each of Campbell's cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup. Stir and mix the ingredients in the bowl and then pour into the casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for one hour, then remove from the oven, top with shredded Cheddar cheese and re-cover, let it sit for ten minutes to allow the cheese to melt into the mixture.
