You do understand that the Federal Rules of Evidence don’t apply to Congressional hearings, right? Her testimony is inherently reliable, given that she testified under oath under penalty of perjury. She’s a life-long Republican and Trump staffer. She has no incentive whatsoever to lie. If someone wants to testify under oath that she’s wrong, we can revisit the question, but absent that, she presented very credible evidence that Trump was complicit in the violent attack on Congress, and, frankly, should be criminally charged.
