    Abortion as an entitlement

Remember, about 25 years ago, when Democrats declared that they wanted abortion to be "safe, legal, and rare"?

One seldom hears the "rare" part anymore.

The placards that I have recently seen angrily proclaim that it should be "on demand," and without apology"!

What a difference a quarter of a century can make...

None other than Hillary and Joe Biden had similar views back in the 90's when Democrats still worried about Catholic and Christian voters they seem to have totally abandoned for WOKE!

It's up to each state now. I don't see the issue with that.

Who gets a procedure, ties up health care, cost money and take risk instead of praticing good prevention? Well OK, yeah pretty much all of us but the point is that unwanted pregnancy should be avoided by the many means available to do that which is I believe what Clinton meant by rare.
I can settle the debate about who's responsibility birth control is. BOTH. She= take a pill, He- wrap it. And don't give us that bull$#@! about decreased sensitivity young man we all know you could actually benefit from that.

Look at the 14th, it really doesn't hold up IMO I don't quite see what the 73 court interpreted. So I don't see an issue with that either, despite believing in abortion during the first half of the pregnancy.
I have an issue with some of the crazy $#@! states are considering whether it be late term abortion , or trying to ban a citizen from availing herself of a service legally available in another state or opening lawsuits up to unaffected parties.

The original Roe vs Wade was wrongly decided. Even many liberal constitutional experts agree.

I don't know how any state could prevent someone from going to another state to get a late term abortion. We can freely travel from state to state with no reason needed.

Maybe a state could say they will deny an abortion to a resident of another state. However that would be an easy obstacle to overcome.

Right, I actually heard even RBG knew this and having looked at the 14th how could she not? I think the court in 73 may have been engaged in a sort of nullification.
I don't know how they would enforce it either but they are talking about it

It is an entitlement. Just go to your nearest Amazon store and pick one up.

You notice how a lot of the leftist stuff over the last few years is specifically targeted at children? Either perverting them, indoctrinating them, damaging the family they grow up in, or outright aborting them. Someone apparently doesn't want Americans having or raising children.

In the years prior to Roe Vs Wade, thalidomide babies were a big issue, and a German measles outbreak came along as well, and women had no options in most states, hence the lobbying and pressure to legalize abortions. It was never meant to be a form of birth control for crack $#@!s and horny drunks who didn't have any birth control at some particular moment. Most people had no problem with abortions for medical reasons, rape, and that sort of reasoning, but it was never intended to be a slaughter machine that has dwarfed the Holocaust 12 times over, and in some regions, like D.C. and Mississippi, with 62% and 72% respectively of murdered babies being black, it does indeed look very much like a Nazi genocide operation.
