    Summer Weather

It's been a bizzare summer in many ways. Lots of rain, but in and of itself that is not that odd. But we seem to repeated go from a high in the high 80's one day to a high in the high 60's the next day, although overall it has been cool. Nothing wrong with that though. I have watered the garden like twice in a month!

Yes this summer has been strange. It's been very cool here in the PNW. I do like it though, I've never been a fan of hot weather, at least not too hot anyways. Normally we would be in the 70's up to 100 this time of year but we are still having days in the 50's.

I do wonder if it will have any affect on the crops. Something else that crossed my mind was wondering if perhaps they have already begun spraying the atmosphere to reflect the suns rays away from earth. But as far as I know that was still in debate, and strongly opposed by many scientists worldwide. We are in a pretty active solar cycle so I can't imagine it being from the sun.
We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

Are you in the South West? If so your winters are probably like our summers. In fact your winters may be warmer. North central Florida, our second home, does have some cool winter days. I thought about a coat once. LOL

So they want to spray the atmosphere with... something to push the Sun's energy away? Seriously? I mean what could possibly go wrong? Arrogance in the face of nature.

Yup. No $#@!. Let's save the environment by deliberately screwing with it? Anyway I don't want to politically charge this thread so I desided not to go there and further.

Here in western Washington we had a unusually cool to even a cold spring. Summer has been terrible so far. Maybe a solid week of summer like weather.

It’s an idiotic idea that Bill Gates is funding. They’ve done done tests, but it’s nonsense. Even many of those who are global warming shriekers oppose it.

Right now we could use a little warming. A significant amount of warming would be nice.

I am in Oklahoma. I have lived in Alaska. The wind in the winter here can be as cold as it is in Alaska. But those are isolated moments in time. Our winters are fairly mild.

I have a polar fleece jacket. It is quite warm enough for me here in Oklahoma.

It does seem like OK has extremes of weather based upon what I hear at the national leve. But wind is always part of it.
