There are other places that serve them. I don't see the inside of any of those places except for maybe once a year. An egg McMuffin while hitting the road for a day trip is as close as I'll get.

I actually had one at a friends BBQ, they even cooked them on a separate grill, their daughter had discovered vegetarian/vegan diets, and wouldn't go near anything that had actual meat in it.

I would certainly try a piece of one if it was offered, like at a party or BBQ.

Occasionally if hunger is hitting me on the road: breakfast I will get 2 McD hash browns, lunch or diner 1 cheese burger. That will hold me over until I find real food.

Fake meat is highly processed. It is worse than hot dogs. It is dog food that your dog may not eat.
    Let's go Brandon !!!

A lot of prepared vegan foods are also highly processed. It simply is not healthy.

You do and I would certainly advise someone to eat a fair number of vegetables (not fruit) but they contain nothing essential in terms of macro nutrients. You can literally live on meat alone. Is that optimal. Hell no. Well, not for most people. If you have autoimmune issues it just might be but it is possible. You cannot live on vegetables.

Meat and legumes is a pretty solid base.
Why would you skip fruit that contain natural sugars to consume just sugars? It is said Daniel of the lion's den looked better than those who ate the king's rich food. He ate only vegetables and drank water for 10 days.

Fruits contain sugars in a right measure of fructose, glucose, maltose, and sucrose. They are energy suppliers, have a good amount of fiber, and seeds that lower the glycemic load. Eating whole fruit helps keep blood sugar normalized. Avocados, lemons, and limes are very low in sugar. Vegetables are in a variety of colors as fruit, revealing nutrients they have. Grains, grasses, nuts and seeds have many benefits.

A vegan diet may clear up health issues as it cleanses a system of toxins that bring on health issues. Vegans view animals as having feelings which they have. Like humans, they wish to live, be loved, as many could be companion animals to man, not abused or made to live in fear and pain as the "food" industry is sadism. What happens to animals killed goes inside of who takes them in, to it will show up one way or another.
