Red and white meat, other animal products contain no fiber, are high in saturated fat, and cholesterol. Avocados may have high calories but they lower cholesterol.

If one has cancer, doctors tell patients to avoid meat. Red meat, such as beef, lamb and pork, has been classified as a Group 2A carcinogon.

It is not the life they would choose if given a chance to live on a sanctuary instead of a bullet in the brain or a slaughterhouse. Also, bugs for chickens is still translated into bugs for a body when consuming chicken products.
You haven't been paying attention. I have answered each of these.

Again, I am not pushing a 100% meat diet. No sane person does. It is as troublesome as a 100% non-meat diet. You need lots of intelligent supplementation to make up what you miss on these restrictive diets.

The studies on the negatives of red meat use corn fed cows. I advocate eating grass fed cows- it is healthier for you and the cows are treated well.

It is unnecessary to kill innocent animals, who deserve love and not a knife, for a healthy diet. Whey is still higher than meat for protein. Its score is higher for muscle synthesis and for digestibility is a 1 not meat. A variety of plant foods have nutrients and fiber for a healthy body, mindset, and a long pleasant life. If you don't want to eat meat don't. You are right about whey protein- it is perfect for most people, and if you are lactose intolerant you can pay more for specific formulations of whey. It absorbs well.

And if you are a body builder, consider a casein protein prior to bed (also as a powder if you want easy). Icelandic yogurt (skyr) uses casein. Casein is slower metabolizing than whey and is good for over night digestion. Not good as a post-workout shake.

As far as vitamin B goes, see my link above about bioavailability. It is low in the plant form. Supplement.

So far as animals dying, I eat about 160 grams of protein a day so animals are going to die for me to reach that without busting my calories limits. Especially chicken. Yard birds.

Tumeric, citrus, beetroot, garlic, walnuts, olive oil, cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale) detox and cleanse the liver.

You can label lots of foods "vegan" that normal people might buy to eat with a steak. Meh.
“The notion that a radical is one who hates his country is naïve and usually idiotic. He is, more likely, one who likes his country more than the rest of us, and is thus more disturbed than the rest of us when he sees it debauched. He is not a bad citizen turning to crime; he is a good citizen driven to despair.”
