Newsmax anchors from Fox TV

I just discovered the Newsmax channel on TV; and some of Fox's former anchors are on there.

Greta van Susteren and Greg Bolling are both anchors on Newsmax now.

Some contributors include defense attorney Alan Dershowitz and retired judge Andrew Napolitano. (They have been contributors, also, to Fox News; but I am not sure if they still are, since I have not seen them recently.)

Newsmax seems to be doing all right for itself...

Newsmax once had one of the largest political forums on the internet. The poster we have here named "Honey Badger" was the Admin. That forum got so large it ended up having 2 admins and a whole herd of moderators. It had literally hundreds of active threads at any given time.

I've watched some, wasn't that impressed. The network seems a little under-ripe, seems to lack some resources and production values. A lot of right wing people went to Newsmax when they got mad a Fox for calling Arizona for Biden early. But Biden ended up winning Arizona anyway.

My beef with it is its apparent phobia as concerning Fox News: It frequently takes pot shots at it.

Not that this is otherwise unheard of: FNC's anchors sometimes take shots at CNN and/or MSNBC.

But Newsmax's phobia as concerning Fox News is much more pronounced, I think.

And Tucker Carlson seems to be especially targeted. (Exactly why, I have no idea.)

Maybe it's just that they know their audience: People who want a network further to the right of Fox, which is not extreme enough for them.
