When we got this system, you get the basic package. X number of channels including CNN. FNC was extra but you get another 15 channels with FNC. I asked the owner/sales guy there in Quartzsite, AZ why it cost more to have FNC. He laughs and says, the satellite company puts FNC in the "extended" category because people don't watch CNN therefore the company makes more money from FNC being on the "extended list" of programs. Makes "cents" to me. Very clever idea.
So, what does that say?
