Oh, and you better not make that medicine too public, big pharma and the FDA will make it illegal (at least until they can figure out how to make a profit from it). LOL

Lol, they would of they could. For me water sparkles are schedule 1, and they stay in my system for days. I will happily write you a prescription. : ) Sunshine and water three times a week or as needed.Originally Posted by jigglepete

This is so true, and unless it's life or death I wont take a pharmaceutical. Every time I have ever taken one they make me worse off than I ever was before, so many side effects. I try to take all natural stuff, and it seems to work even better than the pharmaceuticals.

Getting out in nature is a great way to lower stress levels. Chronic stress is linked to many health issues and diseases.

This is so true, and it ups you on your minerals and that much needed sunshine vitamin. : ) I know for me it is one of the most healing things I can do.
