    I could have used that zipper thing a few times for sure. Now, if they could give me a hack on how to put the string back in the hood? I'll have a whole new/old wardrobe.

    Put a safety pin or even a paperclip on the end of the string and you can inch it through, by pushing and pulling it from the outside. On the other hand, if you have a fine wire, you can run it through the pocket, making sure that you wrap the end in tape, so it doesn't snag, and once it pops out the other hole attach it to the string, wrap with tape so the wire doesn't snag, and just pull it through.
