Alex Jones' penalty

I'd still like to know where people are getting the 'fact' that Jones is having to pay up $41 million in punitive. I can't find it, but that doesn't mean it isn't so.

They reached conclusions as deluded as they might be on their own. Arrest and convict them. In your mind or any other is not a well founded accusation in a court of law.

I am not making excuses for what happened, the issue is fault and the extent of same.

It has everything to do with this case. If your going to make wild general accusation that cause some persons to act in a criminal manner then what is the point?

It wasn't simply a matter of not liking his speech. Jones did lie, and it is a matter of the harm those lies caused..

My apologies, NIXON. I went back and reread what you wrote, and realize I totally misread it. It is inconceivable to me that MSM, et.al., are being let off the hook, when it comes to the billions and billions of, not only dollars in damage, but the honest welfare of all.

I wish I knew how to go about making them accountable. Then again, the same applies to Christopher Wray, James Comey, .....

Then why did you ask if he lied? And then go on to say that that'd make a difference?

Jones at least inferred, if not flat-out said, that the parents of their dead babes were faking their grief.

That's not enough.

My personal opinion is that no such "False Flag" staged incidents are at all necessary in this country or any other. Crazies will shoot people now and then and the Gun Grabber crowd will spin it their way as always. It is a matter of taking political advantage of an emotional situation.

Did he specifically call parents part of the plan? Or did he opine that Sandy Hook was a false flag operation? One is defamation, the second is not.

Nick was specifically lied about.

Since he said it was staged, then that certainly means that everyone had to have lied about it. I don't have any specific comments he made about the parents of Jesse Lewis. But, Jones called the shooting “completely false” and accused grieving parents of being “crisis actors," or people acting as victims of a tragic event to sway public opinion.
This was just one pair of parents in this law suit. There will be a line now.
