    Sound vague and nebulous? That's intentional. ...

    I wonder why they think civil suits against gun makers has legs. They are not defected products, but tend to work as intended. Past lawsuits like this went down in flames. It seems more of a tactic to bankrupt bun manufaturers with frivolous cases.
