Wrong, It does list the Espionage Act. And for all of the arguments about Trump somehow having the power to declassify everything he took (without ever having acted to do so), the Espionage Act applies to information about the national defense that could be used to disadvantage the US or to benefit a foreign nation, regardless of classification status. Failure to return such material, even if lawfully obtained, upon the request of the US government, is a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
