Casper Mattress Company is paying people to sleep... Mattress company seeking professional 'sleepers' to nap on the job

A New York-based mattress company is seeking professional "sleepers" to get paid for taking naps and documenting the experience on social media.

Casper, a mattress firm founded in 2014, said on its website that it is hiring "Casper Sleepers" willing to snooze "in our stores, and in unexpected settings out in the world." The chosen candidates will document their napping experiences on social media. The listing says ideal candidates should have "exceptional sleeping ability," the "desire to sleep as much as possible" and an "ability to sleep through anything."

Applications are being accepted through Aug. 11.

I stayed on the "sleep study" floor at a hotel (the only room available), it was the best night's sleep I've ever had, and I wasn't even part of the study LOL

I'd do it, if they'd send a mattress to my house. I can't say as I'd enjoy sleeping just, anywhere.

    They're memory foam, I think.

I finally broke down last fall and bought a Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress. I actually like it. But, forget changing the bedskirt without help. I can't lift it and work a bedskirt over the frame. Pick up one corner and the rest stays put.

It came in a box that was about 3-foot by 3-foot by 8-foot and weight about a hundred pounds. It was rolled and compressed, but once I got the plastic wrapping off, it came alive and unrolled itself. Unfortunately that was in the dining room and we then had to lug the heavy floppy thing up a flight of stairs to the bed.
