The Bible is the Bible. Again, what would be the point of picking and choosing which parts to believe? If you are only going to accept the parts which appeal to you, that seems silly to me.

Believing what the Bible says doesn't make one a "fundamentalist". The Bible itself says it was inspired by God. Look, if you don't want to believe, that's your business, but simply believing in the teachings of Jesus, who you would consider to be a fictional character, doesn't make one a "Christian".

Well, I don't. Those "Christians" are just as bad as the Pharisees were. Their being ministers or rabbi's or nuns doesn't make abortion moral. It makes them immoral.
