Trump Calls for Release of Warrant Documents Used in Search







Former President Donald Trump said he supported the release of documents related to the FBI’s search of his Mar-a-Lago home earlier this week, including a copy of the search warrant and a receipt of items that agents took from the property.

Trump made the announcement late Thursday on his social media site, Truth Social, following a Justice Department request in a Florida court to unseal the materials.

“Not only will I not oppose the release of documents related to the unAmerican, unwarranted, and unnecessary raid and break-in of my home in Palm Beach, Florida, Mar-a-Lago, I am going a step further by ENCOURAGING the immediate release of those documents,” Trump said in the post.

Trump’s decision to agree to release the search warrant -- something he has had the option of doing on his own since the search took place Monday -- heads off a public showdown between the former president’s legal team and Attorney General Merrick Garland.

The Justice Department has a longstanding policy against speaking publicly about pending investigations, but Garland on Thursday took the unusual step of announcing that he’d “personally approved” the search, which Trump had originally announced after it was underway.

It's an interesting fight between Trump and Garland. Trump cries foul. Garland somehow thinks he's calling Trump's bluff by asking the warrant to be unsealed. Trump fires back, please do!

1) A self-proclaimed "STABLE GENIUS" is always "more than confident" - in their minds, they consider themselves to be "SUPERIOR" to the rest of us because "THEY NEVER MAKE MISTAKES!"

2) The rest of us who don't consider themselves to be "STABLE GENIUSES" as puzzled as to what possible reason could Trump, or any other former President, have for deliberately transferring box-loads of government documents, many of them classified, to an unsecured location at their private residence?

3) The "PRESIDENTIAL RECORDS ACT" was enacted, and updated, for the express purpose of classifying ALL PRESIDENTIAL RECORDS, during their time in office, to be considered government property - turned over to the National Archives prior to leaving office!

4) It is then the legal responsibility of the National Archives, in consultation with other government branches, to determine as to which documents will remain with the government, and those that can be returned back to the former president!

5) Upon his resignation, Richard Nixon declared that vital Watergate evidence, including the incriminating White House tapes, to be his personal property, with no guarantees that they would ever be seen again - to remove any further conflicts of interest, Congress legislated that all White House records become federal government property, thereby excluding future Presidents from these decisions, for obvious reasons!

Lot's more to learn in this raid. Like if it was so critically time sensitive, why did the FBI wait for a week to raid his home. Why were Trump lawyers barred from witnessing the search, told to get out of the house and stand in the driveway. This whole event stinks to high heaven. Especially given the known lies, forgery of documents to a FISA court..all to find out all the phony propaganda the media has been spewing for 6 years now about Trump is a load of bull$#@! on the people.

Let's face it, the DOJ and FBI are now political tools. And it is the Clinton's who started, or put on steriods, the politicization of the DOJ.

Did Trump's DOJ go after the Biden's, no. So I don't really want to hear it anymore.
