Race is a social construct, get over it, I wish I had more dark in me as the sun don't like me. But ironically a few darker friends complain about the sun too. You can't win. Imagine the world a hundred years from now. Darn I wish I had a time machine.

Race is a construct. How droll. Race is a fact and is determined by biology not by what idiots may think it is or isn't. Some diseases are much more prominent in specific races than others for example, i.e. Sickle Cell Anemia and high blood pressure in African Americans.

I will say Midcan5, you are always good for a laugh.

Why? If you didnt know him or heard of him you would see him and think, black guy. Why is it important?

what could be a more positive sign of less racism than the two races having more marriages and children? Nothing says it better than some old country guy whose grandfather used the N word in normal conversation now bouncing a mixed race child on his knee knowing the old man was pretty much wrong.........people are just people.

I find it interesting that some people feel that the 'one drop' rule applies, still. Those that worry the racial divide have basically weaponized it.

By the 'one drop' rule, what am I? (my ancestors)

    Dutch
    German
    Black Creole
    Hungarian
    Irish
    English
    Scottish

    American. I am American.

I don't know why was it important to you when you denied it and now you are going to try another approach, because I proved you wrong in about 2 minutes.

My problem is this. Obama was a poor student in HS. Because he identified himself as black he was allowed to go to colleges that he would never qualify for and get financial help. Asians that were good students are actually not able to get into these schools because the school does not want many of their complexion.

This entire black deal is nothing but a continuous cry for favoritism. Democrats want to supply it, because they see blacks as no capable and not naturally intelligent enough to make it in life without them.

Democrats are the racists, holding back blacks by setting low expectations. Good job. It has been working extremely well for you. You have them killing each other, themselves and their babies.
All because Democrats do not treat people like people. Democrats are racist.

While I agree any elimination of the races will result in less racism it will never totally disappear. It may change from a manifestation of pure color differences to cultural differences. For example the Japanese people treat Koreans living in Japan as second class citizens, black children call mixed race children "zebras". Even in Africa lighter skinned blacks treat darker skinned blacks with disdain. Racism is not a Caucasian only issue. I wonder why we have different races. Did they come from different primary sources or did we all, as we are told in the Bible, originate with one set of parents, Adam and Eve.

I dont see it as eliminating races but more the ability to see how easily we can overcome differences. I read years ago someone thought the human race would be a brown shade after the mixing over hundreds of years. But people trying to gain power will always find ways to divide us for nefarious reasons........they dont need race. Religion will never lose its use by politicians...........or social and economic status.
