What we do know is that Trump took Office of the President documents with him to his home as he left the White House. There could be Declassification orders in those very documents but we can't see them.

The above is speculation, however the left media is speculating all over the place.

We really do not know that. Just like the agents that inspected Hillary's information they:
1) Have to be marked or the are not controlled
2) All they needed was for Trump to have told them to declassify them. It does not even take any formal action as far as protecting him.

It is that easy. Then it becomes his word against whomever claims that he didn't do that.
