    You should be able to ride without a helmet or I without a seat belt in my car. This should be a defense against law suit if struck by another vehicle

    I have two vehicles I drive regularly that didn’t come from the factory with seat belts. I’m not required to seat belts while driving them. So, I’m safe while driving those?
