It's a thing. They're everywhere. In our schools, in our libraries and all over the tele. My question is this; are there drag kings? Where are all the women pretending to be men? What would they wear? Is it a thing?

When I see this one then I always wonder what Joe Scarborough is doing on at that time.
But then I remember that Joe wears the skinny pants and this one wears men's pants.

Most lesbians (and I'm referencing proper lesbians here, as in not to be confused with bisexual women, the bulk of whom are straight-leaning), in my experience and observation, have a more natural look than most women do because they're not trying to please men. The demand for elaborate beauty regimens and whatnot comes primarily from men and it is applied to their partners in general (including to other men if they're gay) because men are generally more shallow, selfish, demanding people, as we can see here on this thread.
For my part, I shaved my legs a couple months ago, alright? You know who cares? Men. Guess who's opinions I don't care about in that regard? Men's. Women rarely mind. Seriously. Lesbians (including my current girlfriend) often like for the women in their lives to appear visibly grown up, complete with a natural amount of body hair (it doesn't grow like men's) rather than insisting that their skin should be completely hairless so as as simulate indefinite prepubescence.
Anyway, that you conflate a more natural appearance with masculinity itself is symptomatic of a thing called male privilege. Men are used to being cheaper and lazier with their appearance and feel that women shouldn't be allowed to live with the same amount of personal comfort that they do because it would be an eyesore, apparently.
Sorry to ruin the thread.

To the OP's query:
Though they're a lot less common, "drag kings" do indeed exist. In some scenes, drag has been imported from gay men's culture, but generally speaking, to the extent that lesbian culture exists autonomously, drag is not a thing. Lesbian culture tends to have a more naturalistic flavor, I think you'll find, again to the extent that it exists autonomously.
