Well i guess the answer would be because they keep charging him with the same crimes, over and over. If he were truly most corrupt they'd of found things before he even ran in 2016.
Take Biden , please,. Who is on audio saying "Call him" referring to the Ukrainian calling Biden to back up Joe's apparent interference in his son's legal matters. Or video after video showing disturbing behavior towards young girls. Or to investigate his role in Hunter's business dealings.

Basically the unelected forth wing of government, intelligence, has zero oversight and complete control of classified documents. It will never declassify anything that uncovers what it does. Now with the government/corporate partnership it can get information that it cannot get directly because of the constitution and that is information on you. One reason contractors had access to government databases is because they could gather information the government could not legally then report it back to the intelligence community.
What started this was the Patriot Act and who weaponized it against Americans was Obama and Holder.
The intelligence community was used to try to take down Trump and they are still at it. Trump is not one of them unlike so many in Congress.
Unfortunately there are many that believe what they are told to believe and let this go on without any blowback.
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.
When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.
And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.
War is peace.
