The only other forum I subscribe too is NextDoor.com. It's a place where neighborhoods can discuss things. I sends out notification emails of popular topics.
Now one of the most popular topics is attempted break-ins. These seem to be increasing at an alarming rate. Suspicious people coming to the door and trying to get in, or suspicious people walking around in the yard, or suspicious people parking in front of the house. That sort of thing.
An initial thought is well with Democrats in charge, crime is going up. However, it could just be an increase in security cams and people are finally looking outside their houses more often.
Anyhow, the attempted break-in topic today was "Had attempted break in monster wasp did not confront looked pretty mean" and I had to go look if only because the wording was odd. It had a video of the attempted break-in and here's a screenshot:
I guess it was a comment on all the attempted break-in topics popping up all the time.
