Fishing charter this weekend

The boat we went out on also does Tuna trips, which is a full 12 hour day . But they keep the Tuna! To hell with that.

That's crazy. If you are hitting tuna then you can easily pay for the charter and more. Do they have some reduction in charter price based on the weight?

Getting them on the boat and off the line can mean that your arm or leg taste's good. LOL

We would only take the ones around 3'. Make a good grill-steak.

It's called catch of the day at restaurants.

The big problem with them is when you finally get a good fight on the line, you only pull in 1/2 a fish.

Didn't get that far into it once I heard that. Maybe you get a couple of steaks? My son might look in to it next year

Speckled trout is the salt water version. I also like saltwater fish better than fresh.

These fish were very good and unlike anything out of the store, like Haddock. Now I intend to cook some store fish with the same recipies and see what happens
