I don't think I've ever tried to post an image other than simply right-clicking on it, wherever it was, doing the "Copy image" and "paste image" thing, and if I couldn't see it in my post I assumed no one else could either and I'd try finding the image in a different place and copying it there. Whenever I've tried posting an image by using the "Insert image" button and pasting in a URL, the image never posted - just the URL.

The only member's images that I can recall not being able to see are those that Peter posts in the Military Themed Pics thread, and I know other members have had trouble seeing those, too.

Copy and Paste works for me about 90% of the time. Occasionally I need to use the toolbar image function that loads a link.

The only other problem I have had is with Avatar changes and that is image size issues.

If I'm looking to change an Avatar I will do a search on Google, and then use the Size tool, where you can see only images sized to be used as avatars (which they call "Icons").

I see all three but I still do not see some posted images like Peters. I use Firefox. I didn't realize the browser made a difference.

It shouldn't though the fixes might depend on the browser.

I think the fix for Dave was to clear browser history, data, cookies, etc.

I have noticed that too. Probably all of them were from Facebook where that happened. But oddly, they are there when I post them- I check. But disappear at some point after they are posted.

If you link directly to images on another website, they may block access.

Probably so. If it is important I will use my snip and snap program and save it to my computer. Otherwise control-c and p. If it disappears later, oh well.
