If there is any validity to that notion at all it actually leans toward the existance of a God . Reason being is that if you believe in God one must believe that God(s) can do anything, illusions included.

I believe the law set the limit at viability, which has become younger as medical technology has advanced. I think it's around 22 weeks, but I'm not sure about that.
