Thanks, I thought you might appreciate it. Pictures don't even do it justice. That last one makes a great smartphone wallpaper. I've got it on my phone now, lol.

I agree somehow the beauty of a moment just can't seem to be captured. I had went to a lookout one day in the fog and rain where you can see the mountains covered in snow. This man visited me while I was taking photos, and he brought out his phone to take a few. I told him it's not possible to capture the beauty of this place, I have taken hundreds of pictures here and not once has it conveyed the beauty that you see and feel in person.

Honestly I can do better to impart it through words than a photograph.

I went out a few days ago caught some snow and sunlight. Everything was glittering like diamonds. These pictures don't really show at all how sparkly it was in person. I will share them for fun.

I was looking back through this thread. I just loved all the wonderful pics everyone posted, they are so beautiful. I thought I would post a few more that I took in 2022. I apologize if some are repeats. I take so many it's hard to remember. I am sipping some saffron tea this evening while my loved one is sleeping peacefully. I hope everyone has a healing day, or night what ever it may be when you are here.
