Trump asks U.S. Supreme Court to step into legal battle over Mar-a-Lago classified do

Lawyers for former U.S. president Donald Trump asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday to step into the legal fight over the classified documents seized during an FBI search of his Florida estate.
The Trump team asked the court to overturn a lower court ruling and permit an independent arbiter, or special master, to review the roughly 100 documents with classified markings that were taken in the Aug. 8 search of Mar-a-Lago.

Is that something the Court is likely to do?

They should step in. The warrant was illegal according to our own Constitution. There were no restraints in the warrant. It was good old search and seizure, King George style.
    Let's go Brandon !!!

No real telling, but they do seem to be more willing to pick up what's been considered the 'touchier' subjects over the years. I'd like to see them do so - and come back w/an honest result. <-- Which they seem more inclined to do these days.
